Aritzia Warehouse Sale Haul

As a Vancouver local, towards the end of the year, I am always preparing myself (and my wallet) for the biggest warehouse sales from two of the hugest local brands called Oak &Fort and Aritzia bring their most loved pieces at the lowest prices at Vancouver Convention Center. Sadly, I did not participate in this year’s Oak & Fort sale, however, I wasn’t going to miss out on the Aritzia Warehouse Sale. This year, the Aritzia Warehouse Sale was located inside the newer VCC building (the west building). From my point of view, I believe that this sale was bigger and had more selection than last year. As from someone who used to work the sale, I totally forgot how crazy and the headache environment it was. Nonetheless, I scored four items that gave me a total amount for so much less if I bought outright from an outlet store.

The first item that I found was the most worth and easily the best piece of merchandise I bought from the sale. I have always been on the hunt for anything shoe related by Adidas Originals. After rummaging for 10 minutes in the accessories bin, I found a pair of Stan Smiths with neon green detailing for get this $39 dollar. If I bought them from the store. I would have easily paid $110 dollars.

In terms styling these sneakers, there is an immense amount of styles/ trends that I could coordinate with these shoes. Recently, I paired these sneakers with a dress that I also bought from the sale. The dress was polished, yet could pull off for the street style trend, or the most popular trend right now the “Minimalistic Street Style”

Other ways I can style this dress is a bomber, jean jacket, dress it up to make it corporate friendly or my favourite, my Wilfred Diderot sweater. This dress is the definition of the minimalistic trend.

The next item that I scored is this blue dress. I love this dress, since the day this dress was on the market. I love how this dress is the right length for my height and is easily a summer piece. Although when I invest in clothing, I gear towards more clothes that are seasonal. Although I will not be wearing this piece when fall comes around, however, I do find myself wearing this dress a lot throughout next summer.

That’s all I got at the Sale, I can’t wait to go the sale, in the meantime, I am taking a break due to school and work. See you guys in my next blog post
